Olfa

Olfa

The founder of OLFA, Yoshio Okada, invented the snap-off knife in 1956 in Japan, and the OLFA corporation have worked on improving it ever since. In addition to high quality cutters, OLFA also make blades and scrapers of the highest standard. When OLFA creates a knife, blade or scraper, extensive research is first carried out to make sure that OLFA tools are genuinely useful. Then, high quality materials are combined with advanced production methods to create what we believe are some of the best tools in the world. Research, product design and manufacturing all take place at OLFA’s facilities in Japan.
