Spinchester: licence, operator and euro rules up front

That is the whole licence statement. The site shows no licence number.

Two lines in the terms matter if you ever disagree with support. The English version of the terms takes precedence over any translation, and when advice from support conflicts with the terms, the terms prevail. They form the binding agreement between you and spinchester.com, so read them on the main site before your first deposit.

Withdrawals have ceilings of their own: €1,000 per transaction or per 24 hours, €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month. The covers the rest, including how larger wins are paid.

On your first three deposits a second cap applies, with or without a bonus. Winnings from deposit one are capped at 100 times that deposit, from deposit two at 150 times deposits one and two combined, and from deposit three at 200 times all three combined. From the fourth deposit on, this cap no longer applies.

Timing depends on more than the casino. The casino may check your identity before paying and hold the withdrawal for as long as that takes, and no more than two requests can be open at once. After approval the money goes to your payment provider, and how long it takes to arrive depends on them. In principle, a bank transfer is processed within three banking days.

Put simply, each €1 of bonus needs €35 in bets. Only games in the Bonus Wagering category count, and table games count for a smaller share of each bet than slots; the lists the rates.

The bonus is non-sticky. On a deposit bonus your own balance is used before the bonus balance, and losing the bonus balance cancels the bonus. You can have one active bonus at a time. You may refuse or cancel a bonus, but cancelling also voids what it won.

A bet above €5 while a bonus is active, including a bought bonus round, may void the bonus and its winnings. Skrill or Neteller deposits do not qualify for welcome deposit bonuses. A withdrawal request before you complete the package ends the remaining welcome bonuses. Cash-outs from the welcome cash bonuses stop at €3,500.

Cashback is the second strand. The rate runs from 1% at Level 0 to 25% at Level 13, and it is credited every Friday; the sets out the minimum activity and the caps.

Verification works on request. The casino can ask for identification, proof of residence or financial statements, and may call the phone number on your account. Documents must arrive within 30 calendar days of a withdrawal request. If the casino can't reach you by email or phone within 2 weeks, the account is locked.

An account with no activity for 90 days counts as dormant, and the company may close it and keep the balance. Worth remembering if you leave money in an account you rarely open. Support can reactivate a dormant account if you ask. Taxes on winnings are yours to handle under your local law.

Access is by your unique ID and password, and you can add two-factor authentication. Personal data is not sold or rented, and it is kept for at least five years after your last transaction or account closure.
